Our 3 steps to healthy looking skin


Daily Regime

Cleanse
Every morning and evening. Apply to fingertips then to face and remove gently with cotton wool, being careful not to drag the skin. Rinse well with warm water (or according to instructions).
Tone
Every morning and evening. Apply to cotton wool (or as per instructions) and wipe over face gently. Careful toning will help close pores and soften the appearance of facial lines.
Moisturise
Every morning and evening. Choosing the right moisturiser for your skin type is very important as is the way that it is applied – avoid using too much in one application. A small amount spread thinly over the face and neck is all that is required.


Weekly Regime
Exfoliating the skin after cleansing leaves the skin clearer and more receptive to absorb moisture and increases the benefit to be gained from using a treatment. This should be done once or twice weekly.

To achieve optimum skin care results you should treat yourself to a face masque suited to your skin type, at least once a week. This can also be complemented by using other treatments on a four weekly basis.


Suncare
Something we all should take seriously - In order to reduce the damaging effect that the sun has on our skin it is advisable to products that contain a sunscreen when you are exposed to sunlight. Use a moisturiser with a sunscreen whenever you are exposed to the sun, and also tender places such as lips also need extra attention.
