frizzy hair. Instantly smoothes away tangles leaving the hair
soft, shiny and manageable.
Directions:
Begin with either Philip Kingsley Remoisturizing or Moisture
Balancing Shampoo. After shampooing, gently work the conditioner
into the middle lengths and ends of the hair, paying particular
attention to dry or damaged areas. Rinse thoroughly.
