Help with Ordering

Having found the product you are looking for you will be offered one of two choices. There will either be a small orange buy now button where you can immediately send the product to the shopping basket or you can read more information about the product by pressing on the small image or the product title.

 

If you decide to read more then there will two more orange buttons on the extended view page. Press one of these to put the product in the basket.

The Basket page; This is reached by pressing on the button or pressing on the main toolbar. You can continue shopping by pressing on the continue shopping link. If you have not already registered with lookfantastic then you will need to enter your delivery details. This can be done by pressing the register now button

 

Once you are registered you will need to click on the blue Button. If you want to change your delivery details you can do this by pressing on the change delivery address link. By pressing on the you will be taken to a screen that displays "Please Wait, Processing Order", you will then be transfered to a secure server.

 

The credit card entry page is located on a secure server for your safety. Here you enter your credit card details, once this is done you press the Continue button.

 

After your credit card has been processed you will reach the final confirmation screens. Click on the proceed button that will take you back to lookfantastic.com
