How do I change my billing address?
Please email your new billing address to support@lookfantastic.com and we will change it for you. This will not affect your ability to order and you will still be able to order online before it is changed.

What is members Discount and when does it apply?
Membership discount is available on virtually all single product items, but not on all of the already marked down products. Marked down items typically include packs and special offers. Although sometimes certain offers and packs will also attract members discount on top of the discounted price. Packs also benefit from lower shipping rates making them even better value.

What is our complaints handling procedure?
We aim to deal with any complaints in a fair, confidential and effective manner. We will aim to acknowledge any complaint as soon as possible but always within a maximum 5 working days at the very latest. Yes a pack, no matter how many items it includes counts as only one item for delivery.
